How to Order
 
Browse through our online catalogue using the Brand or Category menus. Alternatively you can use the search facility to have the catalogue display items relevant to the search phrase used.
 
To find out more information about a particular product ? including whether or not that item is in stock, click on the small image (thumbnail image) or text description.
 
You can add items to your basket as you go by clicking buy. This will display your basket, containing the item(s) added, and allows you to return to the catalogue (Continue Shopping), or to finish shopping and pay (Go To Checkout).
 
You can review your choices at any time, and make any necessary changes by selecting Basket at the top of the page
 
Finally choose go to check out to begin the billing process.

To purchase goods from our site you must register all details shown on the relevant form. These details must be real and correct and any changes to details must be notified. These details may be checked before any orders are dispatched.
 
Method of Payment
 
You can make your payment by any major Credit or Debit card. International transactions will need to complete 3D secure or by using a verified Paypal account.
 
When will you be Charged?
 
Your card will be debited when you place the order, as is the case with most online stores and, of course, high street stores. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item you will be entitled to a refund to your card to the value of that item.
 
Card Security
 
Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.
 
Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.
 
Delivery of Goods
 
We will Endeavour to dispatch and deliver goods in the agreed time frame but cannot be held responsible for factors affecting delivery, which are beyond our control.
 
Faulty Goods
 
If goods are returned due to being faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by us, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).
 
Refunds
 
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to credit your account.
 
Cancellation Rights
 
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods.
 
Fraud
 
If we suspect an order is fraudulent in any way we reserve the right not to process the order and we will give the relevant details to the authorities.
 
Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution.
 
Promotional Activities
 
Serendipity Bridal may run promotional activities and offer customer reward schemes. These can be withdrawn at any time.
 
We may, without prior notice, at any time change our Terms and Conditions and by using our site after such change you agree to comply and will be bound by these.
